Vehicles over five years old are required to obtain an e-Safety Check’ prior to registration renewal or before transferring a registration from interstate. This was previously known as a “Pink Slip”, and the term is still used colloquially. Please ask us about getting this done for your car.

We then electronically send the safety check report to the RTA. If your car fails the e-Safety Check we will issue you with a ‘repairs needed report’. We will then need to repair your car and do the necessary safety checks before you can legally drive the car again.
